Pamela is a huge fan of sweets and enjoys trying the most obscure flavors of ice cream at Odd Fellows, when she's not eating her weight in tacos. Those are her hands normally found in food shots on Instagram. Garry is regularly enjoying a good Schnitzl at the Smorgasburg, or a Taquito at Don Bugito, depending on his residence. He and his team in New York enjoy battling, master chef style in the kitchen... at least they seem to think they are. Zach is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and a true lover of the industry and all its niche components, from wine and cheese, to brewing beer, farming and butchering. He has cooked in some of the best restaurants in New York City, The Hudson Valley, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Oregon, having had the chance to work under Chefs such as Andrew Carmellini, Luke Ostrom, George Brown, Mario Batali, and Hans Weiss. Nate is the chief medical advisor at Farm2me. A graduate of CUNY-Sophie Davis and NYU School of Medicine, Nate pursued a diagnostic radiology residency at NYU, where he was chosen to be chief resident, and further subspecialized with a fellowship in breast cancer diagnostics. On his spare time Nate can be found hunting for local taste sensations in the 5 boroughs, the north fork of Long Island, and the Hudson Valley, as well as contributing to his healthy cooking blog.
